Showing USDA-ARS how to do genetic analysis in JMP Pro brought up this question if JMP Pro can do this since JMP Genomics use to be able to do this

Open-Source like R/Bioconductor, Google Search: linkage map software

Maybe? They are the government so they have a 50 year license to JMP Genomcs, but it is more about moving to JMP Pro and keeping the renewal going or help generate new sales
