What is the best JMP platform for feature selection?I have 1000+ columns describing the structural properties(numerical, continuous) of a protein(categorical) and with these I want to compare different proteins. These properties show multicollinearity. Which JMP platform is best select the relevant properties, compare the proteins, and identify which properties make a protein stand out from the others? I have tried both Cluster Variables and Predictor Screening platforms and then applied K-means for clustering the proteins. I have so far obtained good insights but wanted an advise by a JMP expert.
