Joyce Pan has 5 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry with a good understanding of military equipment R&D and manufacturing. She once worked as a Materials Engineer and Technical Lead in StarNeto with expertise in polymer composites, flexible composites, functional textiles, electromagnetic simulation, and data analysis. As a Materials Engineer, she built a materials selection and evaluation system from scratch to promote a large-scale application. As Team Lead, she applied electromagnetic computing and data analysis in an interdisciplinary team to optimize key technical metrics and gained a competitive edge.
Joyce obtained her bachelor’s and master's degree from Beihang University in Materials Science and Engineering with a thesis focusing on the hybrid effect of carbon fiber/carbon nanotube film composites.
Joyce enjoys hiking to explore Earth's natural beauty. She also started practicing calligraphy last year and wrote the Spring Festival couplets for the first time recently. She is curious about learning new things and keen to make new friends.
