Call for content for Discovery Summit Americas will open Tuesday, February 28 and close April 6. Please inform those in your networks and encourage them to submit early! I will schedule a call for us to finalize paper and poster presenters on Wednesday, May 03 from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm ET. I will send the meeting request soon.
We will have a special In-Person segment and an online segment for Discovery Summit Americas 2023.
- In-Person - Monday, October 16 - Thursday, October 19 at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells in Indian Wells, CA.
- Online - Monday, October 30 – Thursday, November 2
For new steering committee members, you will have received an email from OpenWater, our platform for reading and rating abstracts. This email will let you know how to login. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not receive this email. We have multiple presentation types. When rating submissions, there is a comment section where you can add additional feedback or notes. In that space please indicate what presentation type your recommending.
- In-Person: These papers will be delivered at the in-person special segment of Discovery Summit. The top papers will be asked to present Simulive as well for the online segment.
- Simulive: The recording will be live streamed during the online segment with the presenter available for Q&A in the chat and afterwards.
- Poster: Posters will be delivered during the online segment only. If you see a paper that you would recommend as a poster instead then add that to the comment section.
- On-Demand: The recorded presentation will only be available online in the JMP User Community. They will not deliver a ‘live’ presentation.
