Name one JMP-related achievement that you're proud of.
The sales dashboards in JMP Live - they were a random project I did as an intern! Otherwise, I'm proud of the work I've done with Finance and forecasting revenue while taking into account the impact of JMP's new flat pricing model.
Name one thing most of your colleagues would be surprised to know.
I'm extremely introverted - I did a personality test for fun last year and it came out to ~95% introverted. I definitely spend a lot of time recharging!
Name one other person in the division who you admire.
Julian Parris. Julian was my manager when I started full-time in June 2020, up until this summer. Julian has been an amazing mentor and role model, especially as I learned how to navigate life as a post-undergrad adult. I wouldn't be in the position I am today without his advice. I also admire his intellectual side and his willingness to randomly discuss various topics - I honestly can't count how many random post-5 p.m. Teams conversations we've had.
