fit mixture with censoringI am trying to use the "fit mixture" capability on the Life Distribution platform. I have generated some random data for the mixture so I know the true values. I have found that JMP can get estimates that are close to the true values when I have no censoring. However, if even a few observations are censored, the algorithm doesn't produce reasonable estimates for the mixture. Is this a known bug? Should I do something different for a mixture with censoring?
