Why Good:
Here is a demo that I put together for a bioassay group. It has 2 basic parts:
1) nonlinear curve fitting. I use the 4PL and show the essential requirements.
2) DOE
2.1) nonlinear DOE: for adding reps or filling in part of a nonlinear curve space (this isn't scriptable but the example is all there).
2.2) Custom DOE for cell cultures - who doesn't want to grow cells in a vat?!?
