Label field.
The functionality is still supported in Control Chart Builder itself,
but the field is missing from the Platform interface under Analyze > Quality and Process > Control Charts > Levey Jennings Control Chart.

Label Field to Analyze > Quality and Process > Control Charts > Levey Jennings Control Chart
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided?
Takeda highlighted this as a pain point for them moving from the Legacy control charts to the new CCB based control charts.

Is there a competitive software package that has this feature or solution that we should be aware of?
Will this impact a renewal, expansion, or adoption at a customer, and does this put an account at risk if we do not address this? Adoption - we are working to get broader adoption at Takeda, this is a tool that they use regularly and the missing capability from the familiar workflow is going to be a stumbling block.
