Managers: Process for Introducing Your New HiresJMP has a strong culture of camaraderie and we warmly welcome new JMPers.

Because we are growing so quickly, we're streamlining new hire announcements by posting them on InsideJMP, giving employees the opportunity to publicly add their words of welcome to the comments section of the post.

 

Here’s what to do:

1. Fill out this form as soon as possible.
2. Gather and write any details about your new hire, including:

• New hire's name and job title.
• Manager’s name.
• Location.
• Sales team (if applicable).
• Short bio.
• LinkedIn profile (if they'd like to connect).
• Photo(s).
• Start date.

3. Your entry will be edited, formatted, and posted to InsideJMP announcing your new hire.

Please note: Due to the high volume of new hires, announcement articles may be posted up to two weeks from the time you fill out this form. So, the sooner you can provide information, the sooner your announcement will publish.
