Managers: New Process for Introducing Your New HiresJMP has a strong culture of camaraderie and we warmly welcome new JMPers. Historically, managers have introduced a new hire by sending an email to JMP ALL STAFF, highlighting that person’s career background, as well as personal interests, family members, pets and more.

 

Because we are growing so quickly, it’s time to streamline this type of communication. Rather than sending your introductory note by email, we will publish it on InsideJMP. This will give employees the opportunity to publicly add their words of welcome to the comments section of the post without flooding inboxes.

 

Here’s what to do:

 

1. Gather and write any details about your new hire – just like you would for an email.

2. Fill out this form as soon as possible.

You will provide:

 

• Name and title
• Manager’s name
• Region
• Sales team (if applicable)
• Short bio
• LinkedIn profile (if they'd like to connect)
• Photo
• Start date

 

3. I will edit your entry and draft an InsideJMP article announcing your new hire.

 

4. You will have the chance to review before it is published.

Please note: Due to the high volume of new hires, announcement articles will be posted two weeks from the time you fill out this form. So, the sooner you can provide information, the sooner your announcement will publish.
