JMP EMEA Kick-Off 2023

The JMP EMEA Kick-Off 2023 took place virtually on Jan. 12 with more than 60 attendees. You can watch it here on Microsoft Stream.

EMEA has welcomed many new hires recently, so to begin the meeting they took time to welcome the newest members of the team, hired in Q4 2022 and January 2023.

Highlights from 2022: 

EMEA Sales & Marketing Senior Director Todd Hoffman (@ToddHoffman) called attention to some highlights from 2022: 

• Delivered on TSR goal (TSR target of €21.16M).
• Successfully spread the use and impact of JMP: increased demos and JMP Day sessions.
• Kept customer focus: ex. Retention & Renewal project as a way of proactive outreach.
• We reconnected: More in-person meetings!
• Built a foundation for accelerated growth.

 

2023 is our time to accelerate!

Hoffman then shared key initiatives for H1:

• Successfully launch two sub-regions: Northwest and Southeast.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Develop new strategic accounts territories.
• Keep our customer-focused approach.

 

 

 

EMEA Marketing and User Enablement updates

Nina Chan (@nina_chan) and Maria Astals Serés (@maria_astals) introduced the current EMEA Marketing and User Enablement teams, shared about creating leads through prospecting activities and user events, and some of the plans for Integrated Marketing Campaigns for 2023.   

Some upcoming events include: 

• JMP Scripters Club: The JSL Programming Environment - 25 Jan.
• Time to Innovate: Data Exploration and Visualisation - 9 Feb.
• Discovery Summit Europe - 6-9 March (in-person) and 20-23 March (online).

 

EMEA Sales update

European Sales Director Adrian Turner (@adrianturner) highlighted three key areas: 

1. 2022 outcomes: 
   • Hiring new staff and creating new teams to prepare for 2023.
   • Great sales results made EMEA the best region for NSR and TSR growth for all of JMP.
2. JMP Statistical Discovery LLC - the company and the product:
   • We stand on the shoulders of giants, SAS (1976) and JMP (1989), to make a great, easy-to-use product.
   • JMP is a good company to work for. 
3. The year ahead: 
   • We're ready to race!
   • Pricing, licensing, transacting, the support of marketing events, and customer care are all in place for a good year ahead.
