Overview
This case study is from Xan Gregg's Key note JMP Day session presented at the 2021 Regeneron World-wide JMP Day. Xan provides an overview of the interface of Graph Builder and then walks through creating a number of the graphs from the World Bank's Atlas of Sustainable Development Goals 2020 report. Through the creation process, Xan highlights some best practices for working with Graph Builder as well as a number of tips and tricks for the seasoned user.
Customer Facing Abstract
JMP produces specialized graphs and plots with supporting tables, statistics and maps. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, lets you get started quickly and gives you a ribbon of options to use to select alternate graph types. Advanced features allow you to control format and appearance to create persuasive visualizations. See several case studies that demonstrate different techniques to create compelling graphs that uncover relationships in your data and identify areas for further analysis. This topic covers using obvious and hidden graph zones; building uncommon graph types; and fine-tuning axes, colors, gradients and legends.
