Everyone at JMP will observe a Quarterly Recharge Day on Friday, January 13. Mark your calendar and set up an away message, but do not enter time off in Workday.
Here is JMP CEO Jon Weisz's message from Dec. 15:
As we come to the close of 2022, I want to recognize that it has been a year of hard work and many transitions. Thank you for your dedication all year and for all the ongoing work to close out 2022.
In the spirit of planning ahead, I’d like to announce that the first Quarterly Recharge Day of 2023 will be Friday, Jan. 13 in recognition of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, which is observed on Monday, Jan. 16 in the United States. I encourage you to take some time during this long weekend to reflect on this day and why it matters to the United States but is also important worldwide as it relates to racial equality, human rights, freedom, and dignity.
Please don’t enter any time off into Workday. This day is just for you to focus on your well-being, re-energize, and spend it however you like.
Thank you for all you continue to do to make JMP great.
