GLMM

Question

Hi,

I would like to do a GLMM (obviously including several random factors). Is there someone knowing how to do such a GLMM with JMP??

I tried this, but it reported that "GLM Platform does not take Random Effects."

Other suggestions or is this a dead-end?

Hi Eifrid

Use Analyze/Fit Model. Put all (Random and Fixed) factors into Model Effects. Mark the Random ones and click the small red triangle Attributes and select Random Effect.
