If the desirability function in JMP is used as it is, it is not easy to calculate the Pareto Front, which is often referred to as a multipurpose optimal design. That is, it is difficult to find an optimal solution for different weights other than the optimal solution for one weight for several objective functions. However, many researchers have a strong tendency to select the optimal solution while actively coping with various requirements after deriving many optimal combinations considering various weights. To implement this, after applying pymoo, a multi-purpose optimal design module made in Python, and using the COM API provided by JMP to link JMP approximation models to find the optimal combination, save the optimal combination in MariaDB and read the MariaDB result in JMP.
