Integrate AddIn Manager into Jmp

Add-In Manager is a really great Add-In to manage and distribute Jmp Add-Ins in the company.

Please include it in Jmp and fix some bugs:

 

- functionality to add and handle Toolbars (not: delete toolbar entries)

- option: "insert after" to place commands after a specific existing command (e.g. self-made plotting command below GraphBuilder)
