我不知道如何操纵表格框单元格大小，但是当存在长字符串时，使用表格本身相对容易。

例如：

New Table( "untitled",
 Add Rows( 5 ),
 Set Cell Height( 100 ),
 New Column( "chars",
  Character,
  "Nominal",
  Set Values(
   {"adfs asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf", "asdf", "asdf asdf",
   "asdf asdf asdf", "asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf"}
  ),
  Set Display Width( 100 )
 )
);

Set Cell Height() 适用于所有行，列属性 Set Display Width() 可设置列宽度。
