Shirley Folmar (@ShirleyFolmar) grew up in a small town in central PA and graduated from Penn State in Happy Valley – aka. State College, PA – where she currently lives.
Most of her career has been in statistical software sales at Minitab, where she worked for nearly a decade. She has two beautiful girls with her husband Josh – Arianna, 15, and Alyssa, 10. They also have three furry children of the feline variety – Penny, Milo, and Samson.
Shirley is also an avid car enthusiast and enjoys driving very much – her car, Chase, is almost like another child to her. In addition, the sport of CrossFit is a big part of her life, which is something her oldest daughter has also grown to enjoy.
She is very excited to work at JMP for many reasons! First, she thinks the people are amazing! Also, our focus on truly supporting customers and building mutually beneficial relationships, as well as the continued focus on improving a best-in-class offering is awesome.
Please welcome Shirley to JMP!
