So excited to get together with everyone, grateful we are able to do this again!
Get out your cookbooks, browse through your baked-good recipes, and mark your calendars for Winter Thanks 2022. This year is different, so keep reading!
Winter Thanks started as a potluck lunch to say thank you to our Cary-based SAS colleagues who supported JMP’s work. Over the years, it grew to become celebration of teamwork—an event built around appreciation for one another. This year, even though we’ve become less dependent upon our SAS friends, we have just as much to be appreciative of.
We have new teammates who bring needed knowledge and special skills; we have SAS and JMP colleagues we’ve grown with over many years of collaboration; and we have an exciting future as a successful, stand-alone company.
So, on Thursday, December 8, we invite all Cary-area employees to cook and bake to celebrate our work friendships within our little company as well as the greater SAS community. Invite all your colleagues – SAS and JMP – whose efforts brighten your workdays. And tell all the JMP newbies to join the festivities!
To ensure that we have room to spread out comfortably, this year’s Winter Thanks potluck lunch will be held in the A café. Please sign up using this form!

What about JMP employees who work in different parts of the world? We encourage you to show appreciation and comradery wherever you are on December 8. No matter where you are, you can post thankful comments on Linked In and other social media sites.
And if you’re near Heidelberg, Marlow, Seoul, Shanghai, Tokyo, or another JMP hub, start your own regional tradition of giving thanks. It could be a potluck meal like we’ll host in Cary or something entirely different.
