Fix the value of a factor and "Move Inward" in Design Space Profiler.

What inspired this Wish List Request?

I presented Design Space Profiler at Discovery Summit Tokyo 2022.

A viewer asked if it is possible to fix specification limits for a particular X factor and change the specification limits for other factors.

I answered that it is possible to do this by moving the red dotted line and the blue dotted line.

But, I thought it would be more useful if it could also be done by move inward.

@TakumiSaruhashi , this feature of fixing the value of one factor in the design space profiler is a feature coming in the version 19.
