Seeking JMP superstars!!!
In the spirit of celebrating one another, shining a spotlight on extraordinary contributors, and showing appreciation for those on the team who go above and beyond, we are seeking nominations for JMPy awards. We launched this program last year with great success -- and a little controversy.

What was the controversy?
A few folks would rather acknowledge groups then single out individuals...Some of us wondered if sales should be a part of this, because they are already eligible for regional awards and the Elite Sales Circle...How fair could this be because some people are much better known because they have higher profile jobs...Another question: Does this make sense as a global awards program, or should these be regional?
So here’s the deal for this year:
Taking the concerns into account, we are asking for nominations. Nominations can be for JMP individuals or groups of people. They can be for anybody in the entire division, no matter what their role is or where they’re located. Note that this is different from High Five and Cheers because those awards are for people OUTSIDE of JMP. This is for people INSIDE of JMP.
Who deserves a JMPy?
We’re all pretty awesome a lot of the time. But some of us were especially special this year. Some of us surprised ourselves and each other by being extraordinary in our accomplishments in this crazy time. Those are the people we want to single out for the 2020 JMPy awards.
How are people nominated?
This awards program is peer-driven instead of manager appointed. That means every JMPer can nominate any other JMPer. You may nominate multiple people or groups if you feel strongly. A nomination should consist of a short paragraph and/or bulleted list that makes a case for the nominee(s). Send those nominations to Robin Betters before you leave for your winter break.
How are winners selected?
The six JMPers with the most and/or most convincing nominations will win the 2020 JMPy awards. Winners will be announced during kickoff celebrations in January.
Questions, concerns, complaints?
Send them to me and Robin Betters...we’ll address them as quickly as we can.
