[Presentation overview]
If the questionnaire survey reveals the main cause items that should be addressed, it is necessary to understand the factors (what) and levels (in what state) in order to prepare concrete measures. As a method for this purpose, there is a questionnaire experiment. Questionnaire experiments, also called conjoint analysis, have been used in various fields. However, most of them analyze only main effects without considering interactions. This is due to the fact that the number of profile cards to be used is limited (cannot handle many). However, ignoring interactions runs the risk of making the analysis unreliable. Therefore, it is important to handle the necessary interactions even with a small number of profile cards. This study discusses a questionnaire experiment that approaches this point in a devised way.
