One of our statisticians wanted to fit a negative binomial regression with an offset. We see the Offset function is only available with certain distribution links, e.g., Poisson, in the GLM personality of Fit Model. We see a Negative Binomial link in GenReg, but GenReg doesn't seem to have offset support.
Mentioning here to see if it is relatively straightforward to bridge the gap. I imagine the statistician will come up with an acceptable approach in SAS or R or something else, but may be worth looking into as a lower priority.
