[Presentation overview]
At the Kagoshima tea market, the appearance and light blue color of the unrefined tea tendered were photographed with a digital camera, with the aim of improving the quality of unrefined tea. etc. are fed back to each farmer. Last year, at this summit, we introduced the trend of bancha rough tea using these smart information. This time, we focused on the light blue hue (light blue hue angle h), which has a large effect on the unit price of crude tea, and from the viewpoint of quality control of the tea factory, we used JMP control charts and model fitting, etc. to examine the fluctuation factors of light blue hue. It was investigated. As a result, it was suggested that the rough brown light blue color is influenced by the cultivar characteristics and the fertilization management of each producer, as well as the weather conditions during the growing period and on the day of production. In the future, we will make use of this information for guidance in plucking and manufacturing at the site.
