In November, we asked for your help identifying the next group of Discovery Summit Europe Steering Committee members (see the article "We're looking for a few good JMPers"). You came through.
Seven new members rotate on the committee, while seven current members rotate off. These external JMP users provide a valuable service to the event, helping JMP staff design and deliver the very best Discovery Summit possible.
These new members join a distinguished group of European Steering Committee members, past and present who have served so ably in past years. (You can find the full list of Steering Committee Members here.)
Welcome to our newest steering committee members
In March 2021, seven new members join our Discovery Summit Europe Steering Committee. The group will help make decisions for the next three Discovery events – Discovery Summit Europe 2022, 2023 and 2024. The group was carefully selected from dozens of nominations and represent a broad profile of JMP user. Given the variety of geographic balance, industry, application areas and JMP products used we feel confident future conferences will serve all current and prospective JMP users well.

Thank you to our steering committee members who are completing their terms
Though they still have work to do - their terms run through the conclusion of Discovery Summit Europe 2021 in March - we thank those who will rotate off the committee in the next few weeks. These individuals have done a tremendous job ensuring a top-notch conference for attendees, in the most trying of circumstances. This year's event, as you undoubtedly know, will be entirely virtual adding a degree of difficulty most steering committees don't have to overcome. Of course, this group also helped direct our first ever Discovery Summit Europe virtual conference last March, when the pandemic required us to cancel the Munich event and move everything online. These members have certainly earned a break... and our sincere thanks!
