"IO ha adorato il ruolo dinamico, attivo e rumoroso", ha detto. "Ma la cosa che amo di più, da bravo umanista, è che le parole nelle vendite hanno un potere enorme".
Nel suo ruolo precedente, prendeva appuntamenti e consegnava dimostrazioni, ma non sapeva mai cosa fosse successo alle sue opportunità.
