What inspired this Wish List Request?
One of the challenges with use of the Process History Explorer is the lack of a visualization. The data itself can be challenging to visualize due to its structure and repetitive nature.
Please describe the new or improved feature or solution you would like to see.
The Murata team in the nordics developed an add-in (https://community.jmp.com/t5/Nordic-JMP-Users-Group/Analyse-Columns-and-Enhanced-Sankey-Plot-add-ins-for-Nordics/m-p/551693) that provides an effective way of visualizing the data and communicating the results from the Process History Explorer.
What would the value be to you and/or other users if this new feature is provided?
While an important analysis to the semiconductor industry, the concepts it captures are challenging to communicate. An effective visualization will make the tool easier to use, demonstrate to relevant customers, and potentially increase adoption.
Is this an external customer request?
Not a specific customer request. However the champions at Murata have (unsolicited) expressed interest in this topic and in collaborating on development
Is there a competitive software package that has this feature or solution that we should be aware of?
Will this impact a renewal, expansion, or adoption at a customer, and does this put an account at risk if we do not address this?
@MikeD_Anderson , agree that the Process History Explorer would benefit from some visuals. Can you please elaborate on what is being requested? The enhanced Sankey plot? Thank you!
@mia_stephens - correct, the request is to add the Enhanced Sankey Report to the Process History Explorer.
