雙精度和 Canny 過濾器

後續行動使用 Python 進行多精度算術——我決定不走那條路；相反，我使用的是快速雙精度數字，而不是超過 1e-13 左右。它仍然很慢，並且在接近尾聲時變得非常慢，因為迭代次數增加了。
