Auto-scrollbar for Graphbuilder when there are too many levels (bars) to fit on the screen

For Graphbuilder Bar Graphs, it would be great to have an automatic scrollbar appear when there are too many levels to display on the screen. It would be nice if GB always made the levels readable by default instead of compressing the levels to fit them on the screen. Especially for JMP Live. See an example of this here: https://covid19.colorado.gov/data/case-data. (Case rates per 100,000 People in Colorado by County.

Having an a scrollbar option would be handy, and save a lot of time trying to force the frame size to work with lots of levels. Working with the COVID data sets, I wanted all the levels displayed and didn't care how big the graph was, it took some creativity to keep it all together.
