Embed a journal script in JMP table

A customer would like to embed a journal script to their JMP table. There was a European Discovery Summit poster outlining an add-in to do this but the add-in is not yet published. I'm looking for a temporary solution until the add-in is ready. Jordan pointed out that you can open the .jrn as a .txt  as a way to get the underlying script but I am unsure how to then package it so it is executable from within the table. Thanks for any ideas you may have.
