We will get the mismatch error resolved.
Binary files need to have exceptions granted because of security issues.
Hang on and we will update the thread when the change has been implemented.

We have a case open with Khoros on the following extensions,
.jmpprj
.jmpdoe
.jmpflow
Khoros has indicated this is a bug but no estimate on a time to resolution. Unfortunately, I would not expect it to be soon as the one for the project file has been open for 18 months. I have mentioned the importance of this to our Khoros Technical Account Manager.
The workaround would be to zip the file and upload the zip file.
