Function that works when clicked from a button and when run as a script doesn't work when fired from the "Schedule"

I have a data filter and

temp_dtf = CHAR(dtf <<GET script=""></GET>

works fine from a button, it also works fine when running normally.

When I try to run the bigger function using the scheduler it throws this error. I'm trying to check a downloads folder for a text file so I can parse it and update my main table with it.

quickieScript;
