Allow Supercategories in Sample Dimension and in Structured Variables

Right now, only the response dimension uses Supercategories. The request is to add supercategories to the sample dimension and to allow supercategories in the outer nests.

You can work around this using Recode to group responses into a supercategory if you would like and it will make the results more interpretable also without having the hidden supercategory.

As discussed with several members of the CMK group, using Recode to create a new column with the desired values is the preferred method here.

We are not working on this for JMP 13.
