Format Elements - decimals for shares and rates in set preferences

Being able to update the number of decimals shown in shares and rates in JMP Categorical is really helpful. I would like to be able to set the number of decimals in shares and rates in the JMP Categorical preferences. One can currently set the the number of decimals for the means in set preferences, but not shares and rates.
