I am pleased to announce we have a new member of the EMEA Leadership team! Effective January 1, Alex Beck (@alexbeck) will help lead one of our two sub-regions as a Sales Manager.
For over two decades, Alex has developed into a dynamic sales professional with advanced knowledge in management disciplines. He joined JMP in 2017 and made an immediate positive impact which has continued ever since. Alex and the other members of the impressive DACH T2 team, Simone and Martin (@simone_raab and @martindemel), have led the way in expanding the use and impact of JMP in their territory. In particular, they excel at expanding JMP within existing customers - examples include Roche, Merck, and Siltronic. The result? Alex and team have exceeded target five times and qualified for Elite in 2021. As mentioned in Heidelberg, the team has already hit their 2022 target and are pursuing a place in the Elite Sales competition once again … oh, and accelerators too! 
Throughout this success, Alex has also demonstrated superior team work across the region. He has continuously shared best practices to help other territories exceed as well. I am confident Alex will succeed in his new role and look forward to seeing him apply his knowledge and talents to an entire subregion.
In early October, we will be finalizing the definitions of the two EMEA subregions, territories, and management structure. Stay tuned … In the meantime, please join me in congratulating Alex on his new role!
