Improve performance of the platform for dashboard builder

The placement and positioning are not very intuitive & seem picky. Graphbuilder has a cleaner interface. The performance of dashboard is slow to update and seems inefficient when data is modified in the data table.

@MarlaGross Can you please test and see if the performance is not meeting your expectations? There have been significant improvements in the last few releases.
