=IF(AND(B2=C2, B2=D2), "Yes", "No")

Here are 2 different formulas that work

If( :Run1 == :Run2 & :Run1 == :Run3,
	"Yes",
	"No"
);
// Or
If( And( :Run1 == :Run2, :Run1 == :Run3 ),
	"Yes",
	"No"
);
