nested FOR loop problem

Hi All,

 

This was really weird and I was hoping some of you may have run into this already.

 

I have a long script which does a couple of things and keeps plotting a bunch of graphs. Then, it goes into a nested FOR loop and I create a new window journal and start appending all the graphs in that window to later save it as a html file. 

 

If I just run the nested for loop by itself, it works fine but when I run with the long file, it's still appending graphs, but it's not looping. It's the same graph being appended again and again in the new journal window.

 

Is there a wait I should use? Any suggestions would tremendously help.

Many times when I have come across similar situations, I will find that some variable within my For Loop is in conflict with a variable in the longer part of the code.  Or sometimes, there is a data table that has a column by the same name that is causing a conflict.

I would put some print statements in your For Loop, and see if it is coming up with unexpected values.
