JMP and SAS PLS output does not match exactly when imputing missing data

JMP and SAS PLS output does not match exactly when imputing missing data with EM algorithm and using same number of max iter (e.g., 50). Given that the starting point is the same (column Means), and the success criterion is the same (error=0.00000001), I expected PRESS and VIP to be the same (they do not differ by much but are different. The attached data and code illustrate that. I am not allowed by your system to attach excel or word output (please contact me directly if you would like me to send it.
