Color Coding values in JSL

I want to color code values in a column in such a way that if the value is within 5% of a specific reference, it is assigned green color otherwise it is assigned red.

Is there a way to do that in JMP. In excel this can be done but I am wondering if we can color code output tables in JSL/JMP as well.
