My previous colleague used space filling mixture DoE design method to develop cell culture media. She started with 4 protoypes and basically mix those 4 prototype at different ratio to have mixture media and test the mixtures to see which mixture media is best to culture cell for antibody production. So, my understanding is that the response is yield of antibody and 4 factors are the 4 prototypes. With space filling mixture DoE design, she got 30 mixture media. She left the job and I have to take over the project. I tested those mixture media and have antibody yield from those 30 mixture media. I am actually at the beginning of learning JMP DoE. I have some questions:
1. I am useing JMP 15.2 and I didn't see where to start space filling mixture design. Either from classical> mixture design or from custom design, I didn't see where to start a space filling mixture design
2. I got antibody yield data. I am wondering how may I put these data into JMP to do analysis. The data is as below
