- JMP Customer is asking questions or expressing interest in the following:
- Interest in any of the above JMP Education Offerings
- A “deeper dive” than what online resources, STIPS, JMP Days, or Account Support can offer
- Desire to learn any specific topic available in the JMP Training Path
- Customer has a “talent gap” and has difficulty identifying appropriate training paths for their group or organization
- JMP Account team would like to engage in strategy / planning to further educate larger accounts and increase adoption of JMP
- JMP Account team has general questions about any of the above

What JMP Education services are available outside of the United States?
JMP Education services vary by international region. If a customer is seeking educational services internationally, the AE should refer the customer to the local SAS office for guidance. The exception to this would be if the customer is paying from another international location; the AE would link the customer to the office that matches the customer financing / budget location due to international currency guidelines.
