The ability to implement a publish/subscribe relationship whereby a state change (on/off) in one block is made known to all other blocks in the subscription list. This would allow for a more streamlined creation of custom blocks. For example, to create a custom stress sharing block, each subunit needs to know the number of operational subunits in the composite when one of the subunits fails or is turned on. To do this currently, one needs to connect every action leading to a failure or start to every other block in the composite. Additionally, an If action must be added to count the working number of subunits. While this is possible, it is impractical for more than two subunits.
