In Christian's last position, he was responsible for building and growing business cooperations for 1&1 Telecommunication products and services. These cooperations included all major tariff comparison portals, wide reach editorial partners and deal portals within the German market. He worked for 10 years at 1&1 and is happy and thrilled to have joined JMP!
Before joining 1&1, Christian worked as Direct Marketing Manager at Verivox GmbH, but his career (including apprenticeship and dual study with accomplished diploma in business administration) started with a renowned international publisher: Wiley-VCH (as part of John Wiley & Sons), where he fulfilled the role of Marketing Manager and Campaign & Database Manager.
Christian was born in and lives near Heidelberg, and is happily married and the proud father of two little kids (6 and 7) who keep him busy and alive. He enjoys watching soccer (where he supports Eintracht Frankfurt) and ice hockey (where he cheers for Adler Mannheim, as well as the Edmonton Oilers). If free time allows, he loves to go hiking and has developed (literally!) a taste for cooking. And for relaxation, he enjoys board games.
