Kai (@Kai_Janson) has worked for SAS Technical Support Germany supporting JMP since version 6 and more recently he added part-time support responsibilities for the Customer Intelligence Solution in the DACH region.
Kai is married to Silvia and they have two children, Anna (23) and Finn (17). In his free time, you can find Kai cycling, jogging, hiking, or playing with their three cats in the garden.
We have enjoyed working with Kai over the years and are excited that he will be able to focus entirely on JMP now.
