Orthogonal-PLS (OPLS)Hi All,
I’ve had a customer asking, amongst other things, whether we have the capability to perform orthogonal PLS. Unfortunately, my searching has drawn a blank but I’m not sure if that’s because it’s not currently offered or because I’ve not used the correct nomenclature to search.
If someone could shed some light on this for me, I’d be very grateful.

Re: Orthogonal-PLS (OPLS)Hi @Stuart_Little , over the years I've had quite a few customers ask about OPLS which unfortunately is not available in JMP.
This community post (Link) mentions that OPLS is a patented feature in SIMCA which might prevent us from adding that capability in JMP. Nevertheless it might be worth requesting it on the JMP wish list for the PM team to research alternatives to address this need.
