The agenda was:
You will learn about a factious company, “Red Triangle Industries” to aid in the demonstration of JMP Live. The goal is to have a realistically-sized JMP Live-using organization with regularly updating dashboards to simulate how a real customer might use JMP Live.
From Hyde for this segment: “For ‘pre work’, hopefully this isn’t work at all but just a thought exercise. It would be helpful for us to think about vertical markets we are most familiar with. This might include experience working with a large installed base in your territory or work experience prior to joining JMP. Also, think of verticals in terms of market segments like Semi, Pharma, CPG, Chemical, etc. and also in terms of vertical organizations like manufacturing, R&D, marketing, HR, management, etc. Then think about JMP Live reports that resonate with those verticals. For this project, we want to put together the best of the best and take advantage of the vast variety of experience and expertise of the SE organization. We want to put together a JMP Live instance that is serious and work-centric, no grandma’s cookie recipes. We also want to make it diverse and applicable to customers in our largest installed bases. In the end, this will be a great tool for showcasing JMP Live and providing a vision of what JMP Live would look like at the customer’s installation.”
