semiconductor related data set to show multivariate data analysis and compare different data sets

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a semiconductor related dataset to show JMPs capabilities to compare different data sets and to perform multivariate analysis and graphical data exploration. The customer wants to effectively compare different datasets after changing one process variable. 

Does someone of you has good fitting data set(s)? Thank you for the help.

The "Semiconductor Capability" data set in the JMP sample data may be useful.

for multivariate analysis yes, and for comparing process parameter after a process change? This probably have to be made up or do the Semi people have some nice set?
