Tabellenzusammenfassung für außerhalb der Spezifikation

Hallo,

Ich habe eine Tabelle mit vielen Spalten mit Spezifikationsgrenzen als Eigenschaften.

Wie kann ich eine Tabelle mit % außerhalb der Spezifikation pro Spalte erstellen?

Wenn möglich mit Option als Tabellenzusammenfassung (zur Definition der Gruppen) und die neue Spalte wird %OOS sein.

* Oder dreispaltig: unter LSL, über USL und insgesamt außerhalb (als „Langzeit-Sigma“-Tabelle im Verteilungsdiagramm)

Neu bei JMP. Ich sehe, dass die Ausgabeform des Skripts sehr nützlich sein wird. Das im Beitrag erwähnte Skript ist sehr spezifisch für eine bestimmte Datentabelle. Haben Sie ein Skript, mit dem ich Spalten für dieselbe Analyse auswählen kann? (Spezifikationsgrenzen aus Spalteneigenschaften)

Danke für deine Unterstützung!

Diese Option kann tatsächlich meine Anfrage unterstützen.

Aber (und ich erwähne es nicht am Anfang), ich habe viele Spalten und für einige gibt es keine Grenzen – daher wird die Prozessfähigkeit nicht unterstützt, es sei denn, ich füge die Grenzen hinzu.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach (wahrscheinlich) JSL, das die Übersichtstabelle ersetzt und bei Parameter ohne Limit eine leere Zelle (".") zurückgibt.

Wenn ich Sie richtig verstehe, müssen Sie nur die Funktion Analysieren>>Qualität und Prozess>>Prozessfähigkeit verwenden.

Innerhalb dieses Berichts müssen Sie die zusammenfassenden Berichte auswählen. Der zusammenfassende Bericht enthält die angeforderten Daten. Wenn nicht, müssen Sie es manuell anpassen, indem Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf den Tabellenkopf klicken. Unter „Spalten“ gibt es alle möglichen Optionen. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie dies in eine neue Datentabelle konvertieren.
