Tabellenzusammenfassung für Außerhalb der Spezifikation

Hallo,

Ich habe eine Tabelle mit vielen Spalten mit Spezifikationsgrenzen als Eigenschaften.

Wie kann ich eine Tabelle mit % außerhalb der Spezifikation pro Spalte erstellen?

Wenn möglich mit Option als Tabellenzusammenfassung (um die Gruppen zu definieren) und die neue Spalte wird %OOS sein.

* Oder drei Spalten: unter LSL, über USL und insgesamt außerhalb (wie die „langfristige Sigma“-Tabelle im Verteilungsdiagramm)

Diese Option kann in der Tat bei meiner Anfrage unterstützen.

Aber (und ich erwähne es am Anfang nicht), ich habe viele Spalten und für einige gibt es keine Grenzen - also wird die Prozessfähigkeit nicht unterstützt, es sei denn, ich füge die Grenzen hinzu.

Ich suche (wahrscheinlich) JSL, das die Übersichtstabelle ersetzt und wenn Parameter ohne Limit - leere Zelle (".") zurückgibt.

Wenn ich Sie richtig verstehe, dann müssen Sie nur die Analysieren>>Qualität und Prozess>>Prozessfähigkeit verwenden.

Innerhalb dieses Berichts müssen Sie die zusammenfassenden Berichte auswählen. Der zusammenfassende Bericht enthält die angeforderten Daten. Wenn nicht, müssen Sie es manuell mit einem Rechtsklick auf den Tabellenkopf anpassen. Unter "Spalten" gibt es alle möglichen Optionen. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie dies in eine neue Datentabelle umwandeln.
